This is the ProGenic Pharmaceuticals money mule scam under a new name. There are a couple of legitimate companies in pharmaceutical-related business using the name "Numark", such as "Numark Pharmacists" in the UK, and "Numark Laboratories" in the USA. These guys are none of the above: they are nothing but a scam with an aim to suckering people in to sending them money.
